We have received serveral reports of customers experiencing issues when attempting to operate PCS software with Windows 8.1.
| Symptom: | After opening or retrieving a calibration you are unable to open the calibration tables from the folder view located on the left side of the software. The folder has become unresponsive to mouse clicks. |
| Resolution: | To return the software to normal operation, uninstall Windows Update KB3000850. This update has known installation problems and can cause issues within Windows if installed incorrectly. |
If you are not experiencing the above symptom then no action is necessary. | |

TCM2000 Transmission Controller
- PCS USB to Serial Driver (1MB) The PCS USB to Serial Driver is Microsoft certified and compatible with all versions of Windows, from XP to Windows 10.
- TCU Firmware 2.1.5 (60kB) Most recent TCU firmware for Ford 5R110.
- TCU Firmware 2.9.5 (60kB) Most recent TCU firmware for all transmissions except the Ford 5R110. Please Note: The firmware is on the website for specific technical issues. If you are upgrading your TCU, you should download the software which includes the most recent firmware.
